Personally I like the Western Digital Special Editions (WDSE), which have an 8mb cache. That would be my choice. forget about serial ATA, it is not woth it due to the PCI bus constraints.

Yes the JB series of WD drives is my choice as well and with that 8MB cache they're hard to beat plus come in sizes rangin' from 40GB to 200GB. Plus most here know my views on how useless Serial ATA is anyway while it's still dependent on the PCI bus. ;)

    IWILL P4GB motherboard

Again I ask why go 333 DDR when it only supports 266. Just seems like a waste to me.

They got 3700 out now, but for christ sakes, why go more than 2100?
    (2100)266 x 2= 533 Memory bus
    System Bus 533
    Anything more is a waste.

    2100(512MB)goin for about 50$.
    3700(512MB) going for 140$.
    Is it really worth it?
