Thread: what p4 chip can I buy for my abit it7

    I have a abit it7 mb with a pentium 4 1.6 I want to upgrade to a faster chip..but not sure what the max is for this mb...One web site set 2.0 but I'm finding that hard to believe..thanks for any help

    Depending on the age of the board (figured in months actually), you may need to update the bios to use the fastest processors. Here's the link:
