are there any motherboards (preferably gigabyte) that have both support for HT and RD Ram?

The basic board from Intel that supports RD/HT is the Intel D850EMV2. The closest thing Gigabyte have is the GA-8IHXP, which doesn't actually support HT out of the box, but a recent BIOS update allows it to. Not sure how well it would work, but it should be OK...

Just remember next time... Google is your friend.

I believe that any motherboard with the 850E chipset can support the HT P4's.
