    Please help somebody!

    I have 75MRN-L, Athlon XP1800+, Samsung DDR400 in DIMM1.

My system works stable only at FSB 100MHz. When I try to change it to 133MHz, system works only few minutes, then habgs up. And memory tests hangs up immediately (in 133FSB mode).

temperature is ok. Other BIOS settings are default (CMOS cleared).

    Please help me please!

Make sure that the Jp2 jumper is shorting pins one and two. This will allow either 100MHz or 133MHz operation. Otherwise it is trying to use a default 166MHz speed.

From there, you should be able to go into the "Advanced Chipset Features" section of your BIOS and set the FSB from there to 133MHz. This is the same process I used on the 1800+ processor when I tested this board for review.

I am 100% sure that JP2 is set correctly. And I can select 133MHz in BIOS. But....

    The problem resists.....

    Did you have similiar problem?

Nope... I was able to go right to either a regular 133MHz setting or higher for my overclock. If the processor a Palomino or a Thoroughbred?
