as i count down the days till i can buy an nforce mobo i am distracted by some more 'temp standins', FIC AN19E and (my first taste of DDR) ~ 256 mb of pc2700 from MUSHKIN.
wow! what fun! I just broke the 10k barrier on 3dmark2001 :)
but i also noticed this from sandra ;-

    CPU voltage 1.76
    +3.3V 1.49
    +5V 4.81
    +12V 11.98
    -12V 2.20
    -5V 0.18
    Standby Voltage 4.92
    Battery Voltage 3.04

a couple of the above look scary to me, +3.3V e.g. can someone please tell me whatsup ? thanks lads.

I take it then that ya usin' a 4x AGP video card and that value is givin' ya the AGP voltage.

    CPU voltage--------- 1.76
    +3.3V---------------------- 1.49
    +5V----------------- 4.81
    +12V--------------- 11.98
    -12V----------------------- 2.20
    -5V------------------------ 0.18
    Standby Voltage----- 4.92
    Battery Voltage------ 3.04

yes wiggo, i am using AGP 4x. does that explain the +3.3V being only 1.49V ? And what about the other two ? Appreciate your help, n1.

Some mobo's will report the AGP's voltage via the 3.3v (not all) but also Sandra is not always correct so try Motherboard Monitor and see what it says but the fault may also lie in the mobo itself. Are you having stability probs? :?:

hey n1 wiggo, thanks for the link to MBM which confirms the low voltage at +3.3V as well as -12V and -5V.

Not seen any signs of instability (yet). I think I'll stop worrying about them now. Unless anyone has any suggestions?

    Thanks again m8.

OK well 1st thing i would not worry that much as thouse Cannot be your real voltages if they were there is no way your pc would ever run thats from your oringinal post. now the best way to measure the real voltage is to take a multimeter and check the voltages manually there may be a component of your motherboard that is reading the wrong voltages or u have some software issues. WHat i think is wrong is that your motherboard is unable to read the negative voltages i know my Asus A7N8X cannot read the negative voltage values as they dont show up in the asus monitor and they did before on my P3V4X. so there u go hope it helps
