    Yeah that sounds wierd. Both machines I run use generic memory ( Alright, fine I get some corsair soon) My athlon system (see sig) is getting 5000+ 3d marks and thats with a Geforce 2 ultra!

    My P4 is getting just over 10000. I have no idea what could be wrong with machine.

    Are you 100% sure your Athlon is actually running at its correct speed. As my Athlon was running at 1.2 before I clocked it up to the correct speed.

    I can understand you must be seriously frustrated with your machine. Be paitent with it though I'm sure it will sort its self out.

    ya im positive its running at 2000mhz, ive tested it with like 10 different programs...

    Well I'm having a bad feeling bout ya memory, try the system with another stick/module if you can and I'm sure that fancy computer will run better..
