    k, thanx guyz

    another thing, when i End Task it, another task opens up saying it uses 97-99% of my CPU then i switch to the performance tab & its down to what it usually is...the new task that opens up is System Idle Process...

    Just thinking out loud now -

    is that some type of CPU idler/cooler programs perhaps?
    The reason a diamond shines so brightly is because it has many facets which reflect light.

    well actually guys i don't have that program runnin nemore :p...ive checked everythin that starts up with windows & nothin like that...any more idea's? :(


    Edit: actually found one thing. this: RUNDLL32.EXE NvQTwk,NvCplDaemon initialize...now wtf is that? maybe thats what it is coz i don't like the sound of Daemon :(
