Windows 7 or 8.1 For New Build?
Since Microsoft is winding down the support for Win 7 and Win 9 is now on the horizon, should I install Win 8.1 on my new system or go with Win 7 (which I understand is better than 8.1) and wait to upgrade to Win 9? (64-bit, of course.)
