I have an Albatron KM18G Pro board with the nForce IGP chipset, and was wondering how I'd go about OCing it. The graphics allegedly equal a Geforce4 MX400 series card, but it's all onboard. The mobo already has an active chipset cooler, and I have a Crystal Orb cooler I could add on. Any cooling tips, what tweaking program I should use, is this a good idea, etc? I plan to get a new video card when I can afford it, but I'm curious as to what this one will do. I'll do some benchmarks at stock settings and share what I find out.

RivaTuner may work, but you will probably have to do the OCing on Driver level. No real difference, except you will need to reapply the OC once you update your drivers.

That was my plan, but I was wondering about some more specific thinks like: I can add a more powerful fan to the northbridge, but should I put one on the southbridge too? What will it do to the system temps? Right now, the 2500+CPU is running fairly cool, about 40C with the FSB at 180MHz, but I haven't checked the system temp, and I have no idea how high I can push that. Case cooling is just fine, if not a little loud. Once I slow those fans down, I'll check it again.

when u goto the display properties, what does it say for adapter in the advanced settings? If it is nvidia, coolbits may work on it. Well post back with the brand and type of onboard. I managed to get an onboard tnt to go a bit higher once.(don't ask i can't remember the board maker on that 1)
