you can't raise your fsb more than 145-148mhz because your ram doesn't support that much, try buying pc-3200 and you might be able 2.

cooler master x-dream(with cooler master high performance thermal compound)

    2x 160gbs 7200 rpm 8mb buffer maxtor hdd

not really... just lower your multiplier and you might be able to get higher fsb... did mine 10.5x202 before it became unstable due to heat prob... damn... need to get new HSF... still using stock cooling... but a pc3200 would be sufficient if you`re gonna do some hardcore oc`ing...:thumb:

i tink my problem should be caused by the overheating after a week of testing.

after removing my left side of the case, the temp dropped to 40-43 degrees when idling and abt 50-56 degrees when playing games or etc..

althou its stil very hot at this temp, the problem of auto restarts went away.. =)

should be getting a new casing with better ventilation soon..

anyway thx for the replies and help guys. =)

WindowsXP and 2000 will automatically reboot if you set it to do so under your hardware options. I have autoreboot turned off so I can reboot manually if this happens. This only happens to me when I have clocked too far.
ASUS A7N8X Deluxe, Athlon Barton 2500+ with SLK-800 and 4800rpm 80mm fan, ATi 9700Pro(AIW), Dual 256MB Corsair XMS 3200c. Seagate Barracuda SATA. 200MHz fsb with 11X multiplier, RAM latency: 2,2,2,5

Sorry but those types of progs are really useless as they only work when the CPU in is an idle state and will in no way affect the heat bein' produced under load.
