    OCZ Technology, a industy-leading manufacturer of high performance DDR memory, is pleased to announce that it is now hand-testing PC3700 Gold Edition with HyperSpeed® technology on the ABIT IC7-G, an Intel i875 chipset based mainboard.

    OCZ Gold Edition and Dual Channel Gold Edition modules are tested on the ABIT IC7-G with the following settings:

    CAS Latency: 2.0
    RAS to Cas Delay: 3 Cycles
    RAS Precharge: 3 Cycles
    RAS to active precharge: 7 Cycles
    2.75 Operating Voltage
    BIOS version 1.3

    OCZ PC3700 Gold Edition memory is recognized as the best high performance memory for the Intel i865/i875 platform, by review sites such as 3D Italia and BleedinEdge in recent reviews.

    I don't get it tho i hear OCZ is bad bad stuff...

    I always thought Cosair XMS the industry leader.

    coarsar is overrated, but very good, OCZ is upand commin and also very good, and btw, $50 is distributors COST so $195 is 300% profit...

    yup, pc companies have huge markups, i bought 8 200 gig'rs for $55 each, and a p4c presscott 3.2Gig for $300(msrp is 650)
    think thought how much they got to payfor its all justified...almost

    I just received my Abit IC7 but here's my benchies with 2x 256MB OCZ PC3700 Gold and Albatron PX865PE PRO2 @250mhz 2.5-3-3-7 at 2.85v
