    i changed all my ram timings to 2-2-2-5 in the bios and after saving and exiting my monitor does not "turn on". im left sitting there not knowing what to do. could some one help me on how to reset bios to default?

    Reset the cmos with the jumper or yank the battery for a while. The cmos pins are 3 in a row with a jumper shorting 2 of them. Move the jumper over 1 pin for a few seconds then put it back.
    Check the mobo manual for the correct location.
