I have a Asus A7V8X motherboard with a Amd 2000+ xp TB in it and I have it overclocked 166x12 x333 with 256 megs of pc2100 memory in it right now. It shows up as a 2600+ on sis sandra and most other places, so do I or should I be running pc 2700 memory and will that give me better performance and graphics?

I have the pny geforce fx 5200 ultra...(I know not the best choice in the world) will I see better marks from it also?

Where would newbies be without you guys on here? Thanks a bunch.

you are getting 333 out of pc2100? I'm impessed....

getting pc2700 would help since you wouldn't be OC the RAM and could run it a lower timings and not get any extra heat out of it

but I doubt it will help your video card any
I've gone too far and need to move on!

Yep the system memory will do very little to ya video performance but VIA chipsets get better performance when runnin' the memory at 33MHz over the FSB speed and with the CPU settin's that ya usin' PC3200 would be a better propersition.
