when I run the SisSoftware Sandra, under the Performance Tuneup I receive this warning message

"Warning 2545 Large memory module should be regestered/buffered"

And also.... I have this warning message

"Warning 1206 Intel Corporation E7205/E7505 PCI to AGP Bridge : PCI Latency too high. Device could hug the bus for too long
    what does these means?

    Thanks in advance!

Unless you can tell you're having problems, I'd really ignore it. Sandra tries to be the only benchmark you'll ever need, but is only good for general performance benchmarking and analysis.
Don't put your faith in Sandra.

1- If I were to guess, I would say that you're using 512MB or higher memory modules. Sandra wants it to be of the ECC variety, but this is unnecessary since modern memory modules are not prone to data loss or corruption.

2- Your FSB is set higher than default and Sandra is saying that it isn't within spec for the PCI bus.

Like Morgan stated, if you're not having problems, then ignore it.
