Well, what are your temps at stock speeds? If theyre high than O/c'ing must wait

Whats your room temp? You need better cooling befor you can overclock that. MY 1700+ @ a 200mhz FSB was only 45C @ 1.8V, so you need some better cooling m8

good question :?: that i don't know normal cpu temp is 48 but up due to heat wave,
heat sink should be good up to 2800, i plan to
fit another case fan in the front:)

That heatsink rating dont mean **** IMO. Do you have a link to the specs on your HSF? Is it all-copper? What type of fan? Also did you use any thermal paste? If so, was it the white goop, or Arcitc Silver 3, or something like that.

Akasa Silver Mountain 2Q CPU Cooler (Socket A) (HS-001-AK)
The Akasa Silver Mountain 2Q features an all copper heatsink with its entire surface silver plated. This process increases cooling efficiency and looks great too! Fitted with the Sanyo Denki 60mm fan the Silver Mountain offers superb cooling performance whilst keeping noise levels to a minimum. If you do not have enough room for one of the 80mm cooling solutions, this is the very best heatsink you can buy. A review of the Silver Mountain 2Q may be found at Tech PC
    Supports up to XP2700

    - Fan Speed 4,600 RPM
    - Air Flow 23 CFM
    - Noise 33 dBA
    - Dimensions: 72 X 60 X 65 mm

    23CFM
Well, theres one of your problems. If possible, fit a bigger fan on that. How much AS3 did you use? A lot, or a very thin layer? Also its silver on the outside of the HSi take it? ?If so, you need to invest in something like a ThermalTake Volcano 7+ (the fourm favortie i think) as its a great cooler, and its very cheap.

follwed the instructions for AS/HS it was a thin layer

All copper HS just dissipates heat better. Volcano 7+ has a 3speed adjustable fan. And its nearly silent on mdedium or low speed, but has a High speed if your going for maximium overclock and noise isnt a factor. ;)
