    I heard that intel was gonna release a overclocking program for there boards. Does anyone have any idea when this thing is gonna be released, and what is the name of the program? thanks in advance.

    p.s. Should have bought a overclockable board :(

    I haven't heard of anything like that...

    With a good board you dont just get OC potential, you get all the other goodies they throw on too.

    you can overclock a non overclockable mobo through software... do a google for "CPUFSB" and "softFSB" just dont get all freak-nasty with ur settings, u can still blow up stuff.

    What do you mean good bios, is there away for me to change the intel bios? (i hope)

    Yea, Zerokool, i tryed that, to complicated for me, and i don't want to go and do something i am not sure about to F*** up my board :no:

    yea, i here ya, i dont want to screw stuff up ether, its just the same as oc through bios, only diff if u oc too much ur pc crashes, thats all...lol

    I am not gonna let me Volcano 7+ go to waste so i am using cpucool...and overclocked to 2.7. My system is stable at 2.8 and up, but any program i use would turn off and i would return to the desktop after 5 minute use. I think my ram is holind me back but 300 mhz of ocing is better than nothing :thumb:
