what mother board do u have? if u dont know check with sisoftware.

anyways, go to ur BIOS , and see if there is an option to let u adjust ur fsb, an mutiplyer. u want to rise the FSB a bit at a time until u cant POST. then, lower the FSB to get a stable computer. if u want a good overclock, a good heatsink and fan is a must, or even better Water cooling. Also, what u can do is lower the mutiplyer by 1 or 2 , and allow more FSB. If u have a not so good cooling system, try not to rise the vcore that much casue if will just make the CPu even worst.

FOr ur grafics card, radeon should h have a software to let u overclock the fsb. Same as the cpu, just rise the FSB by 1 until u see unstable gafiics. u wont be able to OC htat much from a radeon stock cooling but if u can change to a diffent cooling, u may be able to OC even more. I only oced my fx5600 by 50mhz. :(

just remember, when u finish Ocing, run some test lke prime95 or Sisoftware (burn test) to see if ur CPU is stable. try to adjest more on the FSB ratter than the Mutiplyer.

However you are managing to raise the FSB on a GPU baffles me...considering there is no such thing...

What board do you have? Lock your AGP/PCI to 66/33 if you can. If you can't you won't get very far.
