raise the voltage about .1 volts and and then see if it still crashes in windows.

you could also up the voltage on your ram and see if it handles better

Crank the RAM voltage up. What board do you have?

The DDR Frequency setting does not affect your clock speed.....it changes your DDR Frequency (duh). Look on the memory tab in CPU-Z....

My CPU only needs the default 1.525v at 3ghz. Yours may need 1.6-1.65 at 3.3-3.4, play with it until you find what works, but watch your temps. You're getting to the point where heat may be a factor.

heat isnt a problem, i got a koolance case, watercooling and all, so no big deal there. its all about performance. anyone here know how the 3.0p4c or the 3.2 overclock? or if the presscot is gona plug into the 865/875 mobo's?

[EDIT] if ya use Alt + Print Screen ya'll just take the active window instead of the whole screen. Pic crop for dailup friendliness.

Why would you even consider a 3.0 or 3.2 with high multipliers of 15 and 16, when you have a 2.4 with a multi of 12 that will outperform them....

Yeah and your 2.4 at 3.245 is faster than a 3.2 at 3.245.

No sense in buying an expensive chip that will be slower.
