If you can tell us the rating on the unit and the make. It might be its having to work hard to supply all the power needed. Pontentially your Power supply may need to be upgraded. If however, its a good quality one of about 350w then it should be ok.

my power suply is a generic 300w i got with the case.

    the voltages are- cpu 1.81v
    aux 2.54v
    +3.3 = 3.28v
    +5 = 4.76
    +12 = 11.86
    -12 = -11.79
    -5 = -5.06
    standby voltage 5.08

Wow those voltages really suck, that looks like a pretty cheap PSU to me. The last one I had that came with the case sucked as well.

Don't be fooled by a high wattage rating, that does not make a good PSU.

Trust me I had a 420w which is plenty for any of todays systems and it still sucked because it only supplied 2.9v on the 3.3v rail.
