WEll you wont get over 133 cuase of the PC133, but Id say you need to up your Vcore on the CPU. What kinda temps are you getting?

Normal it is 19-22 idle and 37 load

at 1.7 it was 19-22 idle and 41 load

I didnt get to teas the 1.9

I tried upping hte Vcore from default 1.75 to 1.8 and even 1.825 but nothing helped

Do you actually believe your CPU is below ambient temperature? The air inside your case is warmer than 20c so its impossible, even with a 100% efficient HSF (which doesn't exist) for your CPU to be running at the same temperature.

    NOTHING is impossible.

A better way of stating that may be "It would seem unlikely your temps would be lower than ambient due to missreading or a bad thermistor.

Well 1.6A's are supposed great OC'ers so it may be your mobo or RAM holding ya back, maybe a PCI bus runnnin outta whack

My mobo has T.O.P. Tech III
Which is surpose to "100% accurately detect the CPU's temperature"
So he asked for the temps and i gave it to him, the room which the computer is in does get colder at night and these readings were taken at night so maybe there is the reason.

Anywayz it might be the RAM holding the it back but even soo i should be able to get it to 133 as the ram is 133

Anyone had any experence with the willy's how could help....

Your CPU will never reach 19 at idle, not even with the best water cooling setup unless you are using cold water.

The best air you could possibly hope for is cold air from through a window in winter and even then you would be lucky to get 20.
