Ohh yeh here r my current CPU temps using Sandra

    49C idel
    53C load

i think this is crazy! shouldn't it be like 40 idel and 45 load???

Could be the result of the broken fan wing.

Maybe but if ya usin' the AMD HSF then high temps are natural which is why I won't use them.

Those temperatures are fine. You won't have to worry unless you are getting over 60.

Yeh i'm using the Stock HSF but it used to be 40 idel and 45 load, so increase of another 5 degrees could b the fan balde.

So ne suggestions on a good Case Fan or r they pretty much all the same apart from the neons and that.

Check for dust and gunk buildup.

Case fans really depend on what noise/CFM ratio you want. Good brands are Delta, Vantec, Sunon, THermaltake, etc etc. I have two thermaltakes running on intake right now, they're really cheap and move alot of air, just a little bit loud. But I have fan controllers to take care of that . : peace2: Mista K6

Yeh replaced the case fan with an Anteck 1. Temps still havn't changed but the noise level has gone down heaps. My broken 1 was freaking screaming like hell!

Yeh i guess is the damm stock HSF, which is np i will get the aero 7+ next week.

Nice, make sure you get a good thermal grease when you buy your HSF. Also, don't o/c once you install the HSF. Allow at least 100 hrs. for a the grease to "burn in" and for the temps to drop. After some use, THEN o/c.
