    System:
    Pentium 2.8 @ 800fsb
    Asus p4s800 @ 800fsb
    Kingston pc3200 ddr 400 Mhz 512mb
    Geforce Fx-5600 256mb

    Hello everyone;
    I'm a first time oveclocker and have just purchased my new pentium along with a vantek airflow cpu cooler and a few case fans, hoping to get OC speed of 3.2 or 3.3. But to my disapointment, the multiplier is locked (as I found out intel locks them) and the best I can get with oveclocking the fsb without crashing is about 2.9 - 3.0. What can I do to get better OC speeds? is it my motherboard? shold I change it? Please help...

    Yep Intel has locked the multiplier for some years now but that SiS based mobo will hold ya back. A P4P800/Deluxe would've be a very much better choice.
