Thread: overclocking my cpu

    Can any one offer some help on over clocking my cpu and still keeping it safe. Here is what I have to work with.
    AMD Athlon XP 2700 2.15 GHz
    1.25 GB of Ram
    ATI RADEON 9800SE (RX98SE-C3) 128MB DDR Dual CRT+TV-Out AGP 8X

    Mobo manuf. is needed to. If thats an OEM PC (Dell, HP, etc) than OC'ing is almost impossible

    wat cooling u have? wat ram type do u have? what type of case and cooling fans? mroe info will help to see if OCing will be a good thing

    just remember if u ar going to OC, raise the FSB a bit at a time, checking to see if ur computer gets stable.
