OK, this might sound stupid, I was reading my motherboard manual on how to overclock. It told me that to increase the speed, i had to increase the CPU Host Frequency. So I increased it from 200MHz to 250MHz, and the DDR:CPU Ratio from 2 to 2.5, just to see what would happen. I saved the settings and exited. When I did, nothing happened except my computer made this beeping noise over and over again. So I turned it off and restarted it and it did again. I can't even get to the BIOS boot screen!!!! Someone please help me!!!

The beeps were long and repetative. My BIOS is Phoenix-Award. That all I could find.

That was way to big of an overclock. Try a few MHz at a time.

Quite shocked, eh? Read the manual and you will find something like "Clear CMOS". Set the jumpers as shown in the manual.

And in general: Never increase anything in large steps. Go with small steps, 5 MHz or so, and look if it's still booting.
Found spelling errors? Grammatical flaws? Congratulations, you may keep it.
