    On the contrary.

BIOS updates can add many new features, I see it all the time.

the only SiS chipset I've used was the 735 on my daughters ECS K7S5A pro m/b and as good a budget board it is (it actually runs very well with my old XP1800+) it has stuff all o/cing features with the standard bios. No volt settings and only 100/100,133/133, 166/166.

You would be surprised. I know somebody with an ecs k7sem v1.0(stock bios) who is running a duron1000@1330 just fine. With proper cooling of course. This board has a sis730 chipset.

Can someone point me in the direction of a BIOS upgrade? I seem to be having a bit of trouble. Try americanmegatrends.com and se my other post for mobo specs.

    Thanks alot,

You have to know the actual maker of your mobo, as well as the model number and revision, to find bios updates

Look on the mobo for it, also try downloading SiSoftware Sandra and see if it tells you
