    which would give me better performance 512mb of PC3700 or 1gb of 3200? also is OCZ any good?

    PC3200 with cas2 timings is better

    You can find both PC3200 and PC3500 with timings of 2-3-2-6 but once ya get to PC3700 and higher those timings blow out slower.

    OCZ Enhanced Latency Series Dual Channel Gold Revision 2 has timings of 2.5 3 3 7 which isn't too bad is it?

    Stick with what was recommended, as it will often be able to run higher than default.

    FX5900 - 3DMark2001 [20,566] - 3DMark2003 [7,281] - Aquamark3 [56,694]
    Ti4400 - 3DMark2001 [16,028]

    Huh!! I have seen a PC3700 from Geil Memory but the timing is, Cas 2.5 7-3-3 2T is this right?? and also is this a good memory worth buying?

    They make cas2.5 PC3700, but Cas2 PC3200/3500 is still much better
