    Hiya all :)

    i have a P4 2.0GHz CPU thats running at around 30 Degrees,
    i got 6x 80mm fans running atm and im waiting on my Ducting Mod to come in, it should drop my temp by 3 / 5 For a Start,
    well the question i was after is how would i overclock i have
    NFI How this preceeder works.

    Anyone have any Recommended Comments on how to Overclock My CPU in there own simple words.

    My Details.

    MSI MainBoard 645E Max-U 4x AGP DDR
    Pentium 4 2.00GHz System Bus 400MHz
    2x KingMax 256 DDR-400 PC-3200
    XFX Geforce FX 5200 AGP 8x 128mb
    Stock P4 Power Supply around 250 / 300watts

    MBM Currunt Temps CPU: 28 / Case: 32

    My Goal is to overclock my CPU to 2.4GHz and try to keep it under 55

    Your chipset on that machine is a bit dated, but the basics for overclocking will still apply. Just don't be too disappointed if you are unable to hit high overcloked speeds.

    Simply raise the FSB settings and keep an eye on the temperatures at the higher speeds. If you begin to experience instability, you might try to up the voltage to the processor and memory a little bit to compensate. This strengthens the signal and can often eliminate the stability problems.

    Also, I see you're using a very low-end power supply. It may be all right for your current setup, but if you begin to upgrade you'll want to replace this with a more reliable model from a reputable company. I generally recommend a minimum of 400 watts for an enthusiast rig and you'll not go wrong by getting closer to 500w output.

    Where do i locate it, in Bios?

    Yes in the BIOS usually under Advanced Chipset Features and/or Frequency/Voltages Settings.

    Frequency/Voltages:

    CPU FSB Clock (MHz) 100
    DRAM Frequency 333

    i cant get into them looks like they r locked..
    What would be some reconmemed Settings i should start off with.
