The thing is that old mobo of your's (even though ya don't state it it has to be seein' that ya runnin' PC150 SDRAM) is buckin' because the AGP/PCI buses are to far out of spec after 145MHz. This is very common with mobo's that can't lock their AGP/PCI buses and your's is at 72.5/36.25MHz for those buses at 145MHz which is about their normal out of spec limit and because the IDE controllers run off the PCI bus this cause data corruption thus preventin' Windows to load and unless ya change the mobo and that CPU bandwidth stranglin' memory ya won't get any further performance gains unless ya can unlock that CPU and the mobo will allow ya to run the multiplier higher.

Well atm there isn't an Athlon64 mobo that can lock those buses either, http://www.anandtech.com/chipsets/showdoc.html?i=1968

I think you mean 3200+ (which is 2.0Ghz, not 3.2)

New boards are arriving within a month or two with new chipsets that DO lock the busses. Overclocking will be much easier.
