You can't. It's simple as that. You can't overclock a Dell.

However, you can overclock that video card. I'd suggest you just go to www.ocfaq.com and figure it for yourself from there.

it is not impossible to overclock a dell, just a big pain in the ass

head over to the forums at guru3d, i found something over there to overclock prebuilt computers, and I even successfully did it on my friends compaq

id link you there, but that site is blocked from work, sorry

Still reading, but it looks promising.

Edit: My mainboard is supported, but the PLL CPUFSB gives me is wrong, and it doesn't work when I manually select the correct one. Oh well.

Edit2: On second glance, it is right, or kind of... Some number on the PLL IC are 283460C, suggesting it could be a Cypress 28346, which exists in CPUFSB. On the other hand, CPUFSB claims the proper PLL is ICS 950227, which would be back up by the numbers 0227 on the PLL. The one CPUFSB says should work causes the system to freeze to the point where I have to unplug the power or turn the PSU off to get it to start again (either that, or it's working and I'm being too impatient...). The other one just doesn't work.

So I guess it is possible and a pain in the ass.

A lot of OEM PC's (Name brands) can be overclocked to some extent with either CPUFSB or SoftFSB but you will need to do your homework plus there is no guarrantee that they will work with certain models and even then the overclocks will be very limited as you still won't have any control over voltages.
