Why are you even trying to do that? It seems like a waste of time and money to me since you won't be able to use it for normal oepration with liquid nitrogen. I don't understand why you would want to except for bragging rights
We cant just tell you what your overclock will be. You have to find out for yourself. And I hope you mean 5 GHZ cuz 5mhz is........you get it. And I wouldn't even go for that liquid nitrogen thing anyways, its an easy way to wreck a whole bunch of stuff if you ask me. I don't think you'll reach 5ghz anyhow. Its been reached by liquid-nitrogen cooling a 3.2ghz processor, but that was a 2ghz gain. You want a 3ghz gain? I think your askin for too much IMO.
Intel Pentium 4 2.53GHZ 533FSB

Sapphire Radeon 9800PRO 128MB

POWTEC Demon 480W PSU
Dell UltraSharp 18001FP 18" LCD Monitor
Windows XP Professional SP2
One of my friends had a nitro cooling kit and he cracked his prosessor because it was to cold, i wouldent recoment andthing like that, although you can make huge gains if you know what you are doing.

How much is this setup goin to cost you? It looks like a messy operation...

Liquid nitrogen is not practical at all for normal use. Compressor cooling would be though, and allow for major overclocking.
Limitations depend on several things, even with liquid nitrogen you will not reach a STABLE 5ghz with your current CPU.
With vapor cooling, look for at least 2.8ghz if your MB/RAM/BUS will support it.
