    Default CPU Overclocking? (note: newbie)

I am very new t ooverclocking, and am just wondering about CPU Overclocking in general. All ive done so far is Overclock my ATI 9200 with the ATITool. Now i have a P4 2.4Ghz HT Processor and a 865 Intel Brand Motherboard. I also was wondering about the risks of processor overclocking. I cant afford to replace my processor, and its not worth it to me if theres serious risk of damaging my CPU.

    Thanks,
    Greg

Please keep things civil. Whether you agree with what dictates offensive is moot. Somebody found the av to be rude and I thank you for changing it. Let's leave it at that, shall we?
