Question OC'ing Sempron 2500+ and gf fx5200

Well, two questions really:
1: How far should I push my sempron? (i've pushed the fsb to 188 mhz with pc2700 ram @ ~376 mhz).
2: How come the temp lies around 42~44*C idle, max 49*C after playíng UT2003 and benchmarking with Aquamark3? I'm using the bundled fan that came with the cpu. (I'm not shure the temps are accurate; I'm using SpeedFan to check the fan speeds and temps.) Is it safe to turn up the voltage for the cpu a bit w/out buying a new fan, or at least raising the fsb a notch?

About my fx5200
1: Why's this card only set to 250 mhz core/300 mhz memory?
I've seen people on other forums with theirs originally set to 250/333.
2: Why can't I push the memory beyond 360 mhz? ( I first clicked on "Detect Optimal Frequencies" and got 273/350MHz)

Please don't come with comments that I should buy a new gfx card cuz I just can't afford it. Besides, it's not entierly my pc anyway.

Well you could've pushed further (and better) with PC3200 but if your BIOS allows then you can reduce the CPU/memory ratio or raise the memory voltage and/or lower the timmings (but you may take a performance hit with reduce ratio or timings).

Depending on your BIOS then try the next voltage step up (try not to go more than 0.1v above stock before checking those temps again) and run a couple of benchmarks to make sure of no instabilities.

Not every brand sticks to nVIDIA's spec's.

See above or your case has very poor airflow.

I'll keep my thoughts to myself (laughs to one's self)

Well, that's not the case here... However, that was still a pretty dumb comment from that last guy considering:
