    Default query about 2T timing ???

    in my bios I've a setting that lets me enable / disable 2T timing, does that mean if I disable it I will be running 1T????


    my m/b is a Gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra-939
    64/3500+ | Gigabyte K8NS Ultra 939 | Gainy 6800 GS golden sample using 71.20 and DX 90c| 1Gb Geil PC3200 | WD 120Gb 7200rpm 8mb buffer | XP Pro + SP1 | Pioneer DVD burner dual layer | Antec 480 watt truepower wrapped in a Enermax 710B case | Dell 21" Trinitron.....etc

    Yes. The effect of having 2T disabled is like adding 25mhz to the memory speed.

    On a side note: If you havent done so already, you may want to get the Forceware 66.93 drivers for your video card

    i've been using 71.20 for a wehile now! (forgot to update my sig)

    Ok fair enough, i might just do that myself, im still using 66.93
