Do you just have Radlinker, or do you have the Omega drivers? You'll need either the softmodded Catalysts or Omega to OC a 9200. Google both. The softmodded are likely to be more current, but one of their releases a while back didn't work right...

Anyway, once you have the driver, I'd suggest you use ATI Tool (google it or get if form the same site the softmodded Catalysts are). It will show you when artifacts (graphical distrubances from heat caused by too much overclocking) are going to be a problem. After you find a good setting (have it around 10MHz lower on both core and memory than the max you could go without artifacts), go to Radlinker and tell it to automatically set it to that when you play a game.

As for your CPU, we'd need to know your motherboard, RAM, PSU, and cooling. I'd suggest you not bother though, because it will make no difference in games. A Radeon 9200 is too weak to take advantage of most low-end P4s (I'm talking 2GHz or less here) in most games, so it won't make any difference if you OC that thing past 3GHz.

Looks like it uses an SIS chipset. I'm not sure about it, but I'd bet it doesn't allow OCing. I can almost guarantee you won't get much of an OC even if it does have some options.

SiS chips aren't meant for Ocing, and at the look of things..your psu won't keep it stable anyway.

I think that he refers to it as being a 230volt input and not its relevent output wattage. ;)
