If, however, it is just the principals, keep in mind that water cooling is not only more effective in cooling the attached components, it is also a good deal more quiet. Also, the lower heat production inside the case means you can use fewer fans (again, this will make things quieter) to keep the other heat producing components cool.
    Actually cost is the a minimal problem for me. I'm just want to mod with fans only not with liquid cooling.

    With you know if my temps is ok now for overclocking?
    CPU = 38 to 42 C
    MB = always at 43 C
    temps @ full load
    CPU = 42 to 50 C
    MB = always at 43 C

    Your temperatures should be just fine. While the upper limit of your load temperature is a little higher than I prefer, it isn't high enough to really be considered a problem.

    Load temperature now is from 38 to 45 C. Thanks dude!
