    i have ho i dea what to do i have a 400mhz processor(intel celeron) on my
    ASUS MEBVM 1.00, mobo and icant find any history as the most mhz it can take

    All i can say: buy new pc . 400mhz is very low , and talking about old details you can add to your pc, you can't find any in the stores.

    Yep buying a whole new system would be your better option even if it's only a cheapie (the performance increase from overclocking that system would be virtually unnoticable in real life).
