You should start looking for a good power supply around 450-500W with at least 30A on the 12V+ rail. Also, look into some better ram. Pentium based computers perform best when the ram can be kept 1:1 with the processor, meaning if you up the FSB to 220MHz, the ram should also be 220MHz. Value ram tends to not go to high 1:1 and you will need to set a divider to go higher. That will cut into the bandwidth and make your overclocks less efficient.

There is no real way to tell if your Graphics overclock is gonna take without running a benchmark. You can use Super PI to check a CPU overclock though. I suggest running the Aquamark3 (I see it in your sig) and clock it up a little at a time until it freezes, then back it down 5MHz and that would be your highest stable max. I also run the Aquamark3 benchmark. Other than that, you should be able to get it to 4GHz with that ASUS motherboard. I got my 3.4E to 3.9GHz on a MSI motherboard and they are not as good as the ASUS with the Prescott. Just get that killer ram and you will go higher!

Did you unlock the extra pipes in your GT with riva tuner? is it 16 / 6 ??
GT's can get to 500+ core, maybe your power supply is holding you back, it would be my first thought, these 6800 cards are power hungry. I can't get over 4GB with my cpu either, what bios do you have on your board? ahhhhh so many questions lol will leave it at that for now.
