    Download and run this:

    http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft.htm

If you can run that program for 24hrs without an error, your overclock is 100% stable. It is what I use for checking my overclocks. Usually 12hrs is enough, but 24 is best. You will not be able to use your PC much during this time, it takes up almost all of your system resources. Make sure you also have good case ventilation.

You can use it, but that test will comsume about 95% of available memory and it will dramatically slow down any other running process. I run it overnight when I am sleeping when I don't need to use the computer. And as I said, if it goes 12 hours without an error, then your overclock is almost certainly 100% stable and over 24 hours it is definitely 100% stable.

Well you should run some tests, see which one delivers the better bandwidth; performance and how stable they run. PCMARK04 and run some game benchmarks like half life 2.
