I've done my test on max core and memory speeds and i've got some questions.
on core speed I got smal problems like black areas at 567mhz with the memory speed at standard.
on memory speed I got the same problem with core standard and memory at 310mhz.
I thinking to leave the memory in standard and put 554mhz/297mhz (i got thise by restrict reference divider up to 4 on ati traytool)
    1-It's this ok ?
2-do I need no change agp values too ?
    3-Should I change the timmings ?
4-Can I do something else to increase the memory speed?
    would thanks some help...

Don't change the AGP speed or any timings.

There's no reason to restrict the reference divider. You can essentially set the speeds to wherever you feel like.

It looks like heat is a problem for you, but it also looks like you got the shaft as far as memory goes. I'd say just leave it at stock 300MHz, consider getting some improved cooling, and OC the core as high as it will go. I'd say 567MHz isn't bad, but I bet it will go higher.

DFI makes really nice boards. Newegg has one on sale this week I'm pretty sure. If not you'll most likely get the cheapest price from there. You can get the X800Pro in AGP as well but you are better off with a new board with a pcx card. You could even save a few bucks and get the new X800GT. It's half the price (4 less rendering pipelines) but it's clocked high and performs better than the Nvidia 6600GT. It also uses the same chipset, R480, as the X800Pro. The Pro is certainly better though only because of the extra lines....but for half the price and only 4 less. I'd go for the cheaper one now and wait till ATI releases their new line. Or save up for a pair of 7800's.

Don't flame me for having the stats wrong, I'm just saying it off the top of my head. Thanks.

I don't recall the performance of the X800GT off the top of my head, so I can't argue with you there. Granted, I have been recommending nVidia cards since the 6800/X800 era simply because they provide better image quality and performance in the games that actually make use of high-end cards. That doesn't apply as much when you're talking about the mid-range and low end though.

That motherboard is one of the best boards you can get, and you'd be making a bad choice to get something else.

He'll have trouble buying from Newegg, considering he's in Portugal.

    yes.

I chose the asus ati x800pro because in here I pay 350 for pci and the agp cost me more 200, the NFI cost me 145.

( the prices of the asus ati x800pro pci and agp are from one store in my town)

I didn't want asus, I would like a sapphire but I only can get a 9250, I saw in here the sapphire and the NFI, Is the CLUB3D X800RX (GT) 256MB PCIe (175) good??

I've never heard of that brand, but the X800GT 265MB PCX card should run you about 120 -128 EUR ($150 -160 USD). The 256 bit interface and 256MB DDR3 will keep you in the game for a few good years easy. The card has gotten great reviews, of course it's no 6800 (or higher) or X850XT, but it will run everything at high settings as long as you have the goods in the computer to back it up and upgrading to that new board with 1GB dual channel (DDR400) will certainly work great for you. And it won't kill your budget.

As far as I've seen the "club3d" is a European market brand, not in the US. I haven't been able to find many reviews on it (that I can read), but 175 EUR is a lot for that card.

I try to overclock with the NGO drivers, and I got smal problems at 577 so i found a stable clock at 565, but even with more oc the results on 3d mark 05 with NGO drivers and 565/300 I got 2078 and with ati drivers at 555/300 I got 2080... so I guess NGO it's not so good drivers....
