It would be quiet but I have 1 noisy Vantek that blows like a turbine. A crappy generic case which with cammo paint and holes all over.

I just cut a whole in the bottom of my case w/ tinsnips and added a fan to cool my overheating sound blaster xfi. I also cut a massinve hole in the side and covered it with tape, except a small hole for ventilation. It is so rednecked!
Have you all seen Asus top line 680i board? 400 dollars!!! same for the cheapest 8800 GPU!

Those new boards have really caught my attention. This DQ6 of mine is looking to be a lame overclocker compared to the rest. Don't know what the issue is, but it seems to top out around 390FSB where most are going 450fsb+ easily..... I am seriously considering the EVGA 680 board.

WOW! I saw the Evga board, it great, but if you have 2 dual width cards in SLI they will cover up BOTH PCI slots!
I think I would get the 680i mobo, the oc'ing options or endless! You can Oc your RAM to 1.5 the retail specs, you would need some nice RAM sinks!

Also, I dunno what is up with my system, now I cant overclock anything without it hanging 5 min into BF2. my proc is only @ 25C and my mobo is at 15-16C w/out right now! (my mobo is below room temp! LOL) 60F for mobo and 77F for proc!!! well of course the ambient temp in my room is about 45 degrees...farenheit.
    I must have problems somewheres.

BTW I have about 55$ saved up for Watercooling. more comin' Im gonna work as much as possible. I like the look of the nautilus 500, but I will most likely make my own unless the Nautilus is cheaper. and Kingston RAM is awesome!

I guess I will save the $$ for an upgrade and buy some fans and the Arctic cooler casecutter recommended. ZZF is out of stock though, so I'll have to wait a while, I would pay >20 for shipping anywhere else.

whatever you do, dont get any of the all-in one kits! you only want watercooling if your cooling the graphics as well, because a freezer pro will keep up with nearly all of the kits.

Ya, thats why I decided to get the arctic cooler, water cooling the CPU just costs to much for something that only makes a minor dif. I know a good 50 dollar water cooler that plugs into a pci slot, I think that if I ever decide to water cool my GPU that would be the way to go

farenheit is used in the USA, I guess that was a stupid coment, the USA is pretty sissy.
    but bak to computers!
Is nforce 570 worse than nforce4? 570 shares the bandwidth of a single pciex16 by splitting it between the 2 cards 50 50 (You all probably know this already, so dont take this negatively.)
actually speed fan says that the CPU is about 75C.
all other temps are less than half that in the case, I rearanged the fans, before the comp would suddenly turn off in the middle of a game, is that the CPU?
Maybe the core 2 procs run hot, but 75C is like oven hot and at a LOW load.
    Thanks again!
For starters there was nothing wrong with your posts or profile (whether you're on a mac or not), I could read them but I couldn't be bothered answering (see this thread title for 1st reason as to why not).
Also you just for some reason don't want to understand or just can't seem to comprehend most of the time what others are trying telling you (2nd reason not to reply).
But I hope that after 3 standard pages this time that you may have seen some enlightenment.

ok, a lot of the time I get what people are trying to tell my, I am just really thick, I read it and I think that it means something else, I also have a hard time perceiving sarcasm. But I am sorry for being to vague, or just completely off topic in what I say, I will try harder to write more thoroughly. Thanks for the notification!
