    Default OC Help A8N-SLI AMD 64 X2 4400+ CORSAIR XMS 2GB DDR400

Im having some issues overclocking my CPU/RAM for my system. I can boot into Windows fine, however a Prime95 gives me this error after a few cycles. No freeze ups but I feel like im not getting the full power out of my CPU. Currently I have my CPU running at 2.45ghz, the other day I had it at 2.6ghz however it would have random lockups during load ups of certain applications. Hopefully someone here has more experience with my MOBO/CPU/RAM and can give me some advise

    Code:
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.
