    Default E7200 acceptable temps

Just wanted to see what everyone thought about the hottest I should let my chip run when overclocking. Please let me know idle / under load.

Currently it is running at 3.16Ghz with:
Idle core temps of 41-44 C
Under load sitting around 51 C

    Current voltage is 1.176

    Default Re: E7200 acceptable temps

the maximum operating temperature (according to intel) for the e7200 is 74.1C, so as long as you keep the temp below about 70 you should be fine... my processor sits idle at about the same temps as yours, so you should be fine
