Default Help me OC my E4500 on GA-EP45-DS3L

I have been trying to get at least 3.2ghz with my E4500. I have read a few people have gotten further with less volts with their E4500. Maybe mines just a dud? Anywho I eventually settled with 3ghz. (333x9) I have been thinking about dropping in a Q9550 and calling it the day. But before I do that maybe someone could give me a few pointers or tweaks?

    specs are as follows:
    E4500 @ 3ghz (333x9)
    Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L
    G.Skill DDR2 1066 4gb
    Visiontek HD 4870x2
    x2 WD6400AAKS
    Silverstone DA800 800w
    Cooler Master Hyper 212
    Vista Ultimate SP1 64-bit

Here's what I got in the bios.

I have also read that some people are having issues with the GA-EP45-DS3L and G.Skill DDR2 1066 F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK
So I may be looking into this as well

EDIT: I finally got my 3.2ghz. (8x400). I first tried 1.48125v in bios but I BSOD'd after a few mins of orthos. So im at 1.5v now and after 35mins it seems ok. Temps are hovering around 60-62c. Ill let it run over night and see what happens. Now IF I decide to keep this oc should I be concerned about running my E4500 at 1.5v in bios?
