    Thanks, try these for 4Ghz

    You will either need to use 210 x 19 (Turbo disabled) for 4Ghz or 190 x 21 (20 + turbo enabled)

    Right now you are using 21x200 which is 4.2Ghz, so that may be why it's failing for you.

    Thank you for your help. I've tried the different settings. I can post but not stable during a stress test at all. I'm Adjusting Vcore and QPI/VTT. I think I have enough Vcore because I get the BSOD 0x00000124 but I don't know how high I can go on the QPI/VTT. I've tried it at 1.45 but I'm not sure if I should or if it's safe to go any higher. I'm well within the Pinkish/Redish flashing over volt warning numbers. Suggestions? Thanks again. Also the closest I can get to 4ghz is 3.3990 with those settings. Is this just the limit of my chip and good enough or should I be able to get 4?

    I have my system stable now thanks to your advice thank you. I'll post my settings below in case they can help someone in the future. Please let me know if you see anything I should tweak further. Also should I be happy with my 3.990ghz OC or should I really have 4.0? I wouldn't think it would make much of a difference but does close enough count or do I need further tinkering?

    Nice to see you got things going finally!

    If you enabled LLC (Use Level 1) you can probably use less Vcore as the actual under load and idle will be more than what you are getting now.

    Just make a note of what vcore you need now under load in CPU-z, then use LLC Level 1, and adjust Vcore until you get that same amount again under load and you should be just as stable but end up using less vcore set in the BIOS thus less at idle.

    Intel says MAX QPI/VTT is 1.35 Depending on your cooling you can go higher. If your at 1.45 vtt and still getting 124 error code I wouldnt go any higher. You can try raising IOH voltage 1.16-1.2 is all you should need you can take it up to 1.3. Or you can try droping your memory multi/uncore multi. Just make sure uncore is 2x memory multi.
