    Question OVERCLOCK HELP: Gigabyte X58A- UD3R REV 1.0 - i7 930 - Gskill 3x 2GB 1600 MHz

Hi TweekTowners, I upgraded my Rig and I'm trying to OC to 4.0 GHZ, the specs are below. Obviously this is the site for overclocking and all the pros are here, so please help me overclock my rig, i'd really appreciate it.

There are the specs for my pc:

    Case: Thermaltake V9
Psu: Thermaltake 650Watt (got an 860Watt if need be)
    HDDs: WD 1TB 64MB cache 10,000RPM, G.Skill 128GB SSD
    Mobo: Gigabyte X58A- UD3R REV 1.0
Bios: F5 ( I do have the newer one F60 BETA but haven't installed it cause it's beta!)
    CPU: Intel i7 930 2.8GHz D0
    Cooling: Corsair H50 WaterCooler
    Memory: G.Skill 1600MHz F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ 6GB (3x2GB) CL 9-9-9-24, 1.5V
GPU: Asus GTX 460 1GB (Also please someone help me find the suitable program to overclock the GPU)

I am not a noob, but I am not the best overclocker around and i keep failing, my target OC is 4.0 GHZ stable, so Please help me

    Thank you in advance,
    Zarbo
