    Try the 6-7-7-19 timings that Chike recommended in post #68.
    Use the 2.00D memory multiplier with tRD = 10 for both memory channels.

    You might want to lower the dram voltage to 2.00 volts if the looser memory timings still aren't stable.

    I never recommended 6-7-7-19 timings, I said that's probably what is set by auto according to APD and the settings posted at post #62.

    I used timings 5-5-5-18, with multiplier 2.00D, tRd=10 for both channels and run tests with Prime95 custom FFT=800K:
    VTT=1.24, CPU PLL=1.61, MCH Core=1.24-failed on FFT=800K
    VTT=1.24, CPU PLL=1.63, MCH Core=1.24-failed on FFT=800K
    VTT=1.24, CPU PLL=1.65, MCH Core=1.24-failed on FFT=800K
    VTT=1.26, CPU PLL=1.61, MCH Core=1.24-failed on FFT=800K
    VTT=1.26, CPU PLL=1.63, MCH Core=1.24-failed on FFT=800K

    OK I think it's safe to say it's not the PLL.
    Try tweaking the MCH Reference with VTT 1.26v.
    Remember to make the changes when it is set to 1.2v then set it to 1.26v again.

    With VTT=1.26, CPU PLL=1.59, MCH Core=1.24, CPU Ref.=0.798,DRAM Voltage=2.180,timings 5-5-5-18, tRd=10 for both channels.
    First I run Prime95 custom test FFT=800K,if passed I run Blend test.
    MCH Reference
    -1[0.778V]-After 7hours 30minutes failed on 512K
    -2[0.758V]-After 4hours 20minutes failed on 1792K
    -3[0.738V]-failed on 800K
    -4[0.718V]-PC restarted during test
    +1[0.838V]-Restarted on Log in
    +2[0.878V]-Restarted on Log in
    +3[0.918V]-Restarted on Log in
    +4[0.958V]-Restarted on Log in
    0[0.798V]-failed on 800K
    The best result had -1[0.778V], so I took that and worked with CPU reference:
    CPU REFERENCE
    -1[0.783V]-failed on 800K
    -2[0.768V]-failed on 800K
    -3[0.753V]-failed on 800K
    -4[0.738V]-failed on 800K
    +1[0.823V]-failed on 800K
    +2[0.838V]-failed on 800K
    +3[0.853V]-failed on 800K
    +4[0.868V]-failed on 800K

    Try the -1 MCH Reference with 1.28v VTT, then higher.
    Sometimes much higher VTT is needed, I've seen users with 1.4+, but try to keep it as low as possible tweaking the references.

    My EP45-DS3/E8400 overclocks to 433Mhz with VTT, PLL and MCH @1.05V and that's it. ALso 500Mhz @ MCH Core 1.2V /it needs 1.16 only, 1.2 is just to be safe/ at this point only 1.05V Termination(VTT) and PLL is enough it really doesn't do anything touching those. EP45-DS3 is not like UD3, just set every voltages to normal and play with CPU and DRAM Voltages.

    With VCORE=1.4000V,CPU PLL=1.59V,MCH CORE=1.24V,DRAM VOLTAGE=2.180V,Timings=5-5-5-18
    and tRd=10 I first run Prime95 custom test FFT=800K,if passed I run Blend test:

    VTT***CPU REF.*MCH REF.
    1.28V*0.810V***0.790V-After 5h.28m.failed on FFT=256K.
    1.30V*0.823V***0.803V-failed on FFT=800K.
    1.32V*0.836V***0.816V-failed on FFT=800K.
    1.34V*0.848V***0.828V-After 4h.26m.failed on FFT=160K
    1.36V*0.861V***0.841V-failed on FFT=800K.

    The references may need to be changed with VTT, up or down, try both sides, including default.
    Try 421 and 423 MHz FSB.

    I have run a series of tests with Timings 5-5-5-18,tRd=10,CPU PLL=1.59,VCORE=1.40,MCH CORE=1.24,VTT=1.26-1.40,
    both MCH and CORE Reference alterations=-4-+4, FSB=421-423 and nothing seems to be working. Ive got the best
    result with: VTT=1.28,CPU REF.=-2[0.780V],MCH REF.=-1[0.790V]-7h38m. failed on 512K.Is there anything else
    that I could try? IF not I would try to make it stabile at 3.90GHz-FSB=411, but I would like to know what
    settings should I use:Timings? tRd? CPU PLL? VCORE? VTT? DRAM VOLTAGE?
