With the settings that gave you best results, try 50-100 CPU Clock Skew, then 50-100 MCH Clock Skew wth CPU Clock Skew 0.
They should not be needed, but never hurt to try.

I tried the CPU and MCH Clock Skew and the results are:
CPU Clock Skew 50-failed on 800K.
CPU Clock Skew 100-failed on 800K.
MCH Clock Skew 50-1h54m.failed on 32K.
MCH Clock Skew 100-PC restarted during Prime95 Blend test
Still I wonder how come that the pc was stabile when I set most of the values to auto with FSB=422? Its in post #62.

Was it prime95 stable? Try to run prime95 with those settings.
MCH Core and VTT are only 1.2v according to ET6 in post #64 but CPU PLL is 1.65.

I decided to set the lower FSB and make it stabile, because Im worried how my computer boots on higher FSB; when the Windows logo apears the picture twitches-freezes.So I tried with FSB=411,Timings=5-5-5-18, tRd=10,VCORE=1.40000,VTT=1.26,
PLL=1.59, MCH CORE=1.24, and passed Prime95 blend test for over 8hours without errors.Should I leave the settings?
