Pead the suggested manual settings for stock FSB in this post.
Please follow steps 1-4 to provide additional information about your setup.
    What are you aiming for?
What kind of CPU cooler are you using?

It's much easier for us to help you if you used the P45 bios template and accurately fill in your bios settings.
You can use the P45 bios template that is in the post that Chike linked to in post #2.
Copy the template into Notepad or any plain text editing program, fill in your settings (AUTO or manual settings, not both) and post your settings in your next post.
Optimized bios settings are the starting point for a stable system, especially when overclocking.
For now use 5-5-5-15 primary memory timings. Dram Voltage = 2.20 (EVP) might be needed for tighter memory timings.
    Try MCH Core = 1.24
PLL is way to high due to the AUTO setting, manually set this to 1.50 - 1.57.

    Nice screen-shot! Very helpful.

    Manually set:
Static tRead Value (aka tRD) = 8 for both memory channels (use tRD = 9 if your system won't boot)
CPU Host Frequency (Mhz) = 401 Mhz

Have you performed any stress testing using Memtest86+ v:4.1, Prime95, OCCT, Intel BurnTest (IBT), or LinX

Looks good so far if stable.
Set CPU termination manually to 1.2 or 1.22v.
Memory performance are probably far from optimal set tRD as profJim suggested.
The memory is probably the bottleneck of OC, hopefully you can still OC to 4GHz or a bit more.

Hello Again! I´ve runned memtest86+ ver. 4.2 and had no errors, of course after I have set all the values you gave me. The system seems to be delayed upon restarting, and doesn´t read the BIOS right away, sometimes even restarts itself before reading BIOS. When I enter BIOS, an overvoltage window pops up saying that improper overclocking caused system instability, but without changing anything Windows boot normally, and the system once is up seem to be stable.

Try setting Cpu Vcore and VTT up one click.
    Try MCH Core = 1.20 - 1.22 and 1.26.
See if any of these settings help with improved booting.

Memtest86+ is an excellent program, but it doesn't substitute for extended stress testing using Prime95, OCCT, IBT, or LinX.

I run IBT or LinX for 10 loops using the maximum amount of memory available.
Using 2048 MB of memory in a 4GB system is a somewhat shorter test.
Cpu core temperatures will usually be about 65 - 70 (C) degrees during this test if you have good cpu/heatsink cooling along with good case cooling.

I like to run Prime95 Blend tests for at least 10 -12 hours.
When I've reached my final o/c settings, I run the Blend, Small FFT and Large FFT tests for 15 - 24 hours each.

Click on the last line in my forum signature for an in depth Prime95 tutorial.
