Default trying to overclock an Phenom AMD 1090T GA-890FXA-UD3

I am trying to overclock an AMD 1090t and I keep getting blue screened.
    this is my current setup
AMD Phenom 1090t clocked at 3.6Mhz it is clocked at 1.5v maximum
    GIgabyte GA-890FXA-UD5
    2x G.Skill Ripjaw 2gb RAM clocked at 1333
    2x G.Skill Ripjaw 4gb RAM clocked at 1333
HIS Radeon 6850 at 815MHz and Memory at 1065Mhz
    Cooler Master Gx-750w
    Cooler Master HAF 932
    Western Digital caviar blue 320gb
    Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm 160gb
whenever i go anywhere above 3.6Mhz and infrequently at 3.6Mhz I get Blue screened it usually occurs during heavily intensive processes like rendering movies in adobe after effects and benchmarking. my CPU usually runs around 95 degrees Fahrenheit. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the situation or explain why I continue to bsod. thanks
    Correction UD5*

    GB site only show GA-890FXA-UD5
3.6GHz is not enough information, what are your BIOS setting for it(clock, voltage, timings etc.)?
Search the GIGABYTE Forum, there's a thread of OC with the same processor I think.

Having your system specs in your signature, including memory model/part# will make it easier to follow.
