So there is nothing new under System Voltage Control, only 3 options, no reference?

For 4-4-4-12 timings or 4-5-5-12 DDR2 OverVoltage must be set to +0.4(2.2v) or at least +0.3(2.1v).
What does vcore default to auto or normal? I see in the report it was 1.34v so probably set to 1.35v+.

What were 61c measured with? ET6 or other software?

i just tried again with 3ghz changing ram voltage and timings, both sets, same result, reset to default after reboot. so i tried again with 2.7ghz(300) and its working. the vcore temp was auto set to 1.2875 same as normal setting, but on cpu-z its saying 1.1-2 (keeps changing), on the bios its vcore 1.268 (whilst set to 2.7ghz). no other setting showing onsystem voltage control. i measured the temps during test at 3ghz and auto settings with core temp.

i tried TF2 again and it actually loaded up this time, im thinking that maybe buying another motherboard might be a good idea to bulk it up for more gaming, im not a serious gamer but would like to be able if i do one day get the gaming bug, this one was only 33 when i got it so not a major amount.

Normal vcore is 1.288v, BIOS changes take effect only after reboot.
For 3GHz you may need 1.35v or more.
For gaming I am guessing your graphic card will be the battleneck not the CPU.
I wouldn't invest too much in this technology.
What is your score with 3DMark Vantage?

ok, finally managed to downlaod that program a after 3 test got a final result, E5066, GPU 4375 and CPU 9629.
I have managed it to successfully boot up at 3ghz changing voltage to 1.35 and ram at 2.2v

Last CPU-Z report had vcore at 1.34v now it is 1.31 so you may need more but also possibly less, some stress tests needed.
At 3GHz I get 6591 3DMarks, 6984 GPU and 5639 CPU. For most games your CPU can give the GPU all it can handle.
Try to set timings manually to 5-5-5-15, then 4-5-5-15, then 4-5-5-12.

Run an hour or two Prime95 small FFT then an hour or two large FFT, for final run blend for 8+hours.
Watch core temperatures with Core Temp or RealTemp, they should no exceed 70c.
